CPU of Snapdragon 870 is clocked up to 3.2 GHz while Exynos 1080 is clocked upto 2.8 GHz. However, the Exynos 1080 has latest A-78 cores which gives more performance as compared to A-77 core of SD 870 which makes the Exynos 1080 a better option than Snapdragon 870.

GPU of chipset Exynos 1080 is equipped with Mali-G78 MP10 which is clocked up to 800 MHz while on another side Snapdragon 870 is equipped with Adreno 650 which is clocked up to 645 MHz. So for graphically intensive tasks, Exynos 1080 is better.
Memory
In the memory section, Exynos 1080 has the maximum memory(RAM) support upto 8 GB while on another hand Snapdragon 870 has 16 GB of maximum Memory support. So, Snapdragon will give you the maximum memory extendibility hence better than Exynos 1080.
