CPU of kirin 9000 is clocked at 3133 MHz where Apple A15 Bionic SoC is clocked at 3233 but the Kirin 9000 is equipped with 8 Cores while A15 Bionic has only 6 cores, which makes the Kirin 9000 a better option than the A15 Bionic chip in this segment.
GPU
GPU of chipset Kirin 9000 is equipped with Mali-G78 MP24 while Apple A15 Bionic Chip is equipped with Apple GPU. Frankly, Apple GPU is much better than Mali-G78 MP24 because the clock speed of Mali-G78 MP24 is 0.76 GHz while on the other hand, Apple GPU is clocked up to 1.20 GHz.
Memory
In Kirin 9000 memory type is LPDDR5 which is energy efficient while Apple A15 Bionic Chip comprises LPDDR4x which is less energy efficient as compared to LPDDR5. But the memory frequency of Kirin 9000 is 2750 MHz while in Apple A15 Bionic it is 4266 MHz.

Kirin 9000 and Apple A15 Bionic both are best in order to their brand segments but if we talk about the CPU power then Kirin 9000 is better as kirin 9000 has 2 more cores (Octacore) and if we say about GPU power then, of course, the Apple A15 Bionic Chip is best based on the clock speed. So overall parameters can’t justify the final performance because software optimisation also plays a vital role in overall performance of any chipset and therefore apple mostly perform in software optimisation for their chipsets.
