CPU
CPU of Dimensity 1200 is clocked up to 3.0 GHz with updated Cortex A78 cores while Kirin 9000 is clocked up to 3.13 GHz with Cortex A77 older cores which makes MediaTek’s Dimesnity 1200 a better chipset than Hisilicon Kirin 9000.
GPU
MediaTek Dimensity 1200 is equipped with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU with only 9 cores and 7nm fabrication while the Kirin 9000 is equipped with Mali-G78 MP24 with enough 24 cores and 5nm fabrication. Memory
The memory frequency of Dimensity 1200 is 4266 MHz while in Kirin 9000 it is 2750 MHz. But the memory type of Dimensity 1200 is LPDDR4x while the memory type of Kirin 9000 is LPDDR5 which means memory speed is better in Dimensity 1200 while the energy efficiency of memory is better in Kirin 9000.
