The CPU of the Mediatek Dimensity 810 is clocked at 2.4 GHz, while the Mediatek Dimensity 700 is only clocked up to 2.2 GHz, and both the SoCs have the same Cortex A76 cores. Because of enhanced overclocking, the Dimensity 810 offers a higher performance improvement and is hence a better alternative than the Dimensity 700.

Energy efficiency and battery life

As the facts are seen by the technical specifications of both the SoCs, the Dimensity 810 is built on 6nm process technology while on other hand,  Dimensity 700 is built on 7nm technology.
