CPU

The CPU of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 is clocked at 2.2 GHz, while the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 is only clocked at 2.4 GHz, and both the SoCs have different cores which are Cortex A78 and Cortex A73 cores respectively. So, due to updated cores in Snapdragon 695, it makes it better than Snapdragon 680 in performance criteria.

GPU

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 has an Adreno 619 GPU based on 8nm technology, whereas the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 has an Adreno 610 and is also based on 11nm lithography. To be honest, Adreno 619 is a far superior GPU to Adreno 610 because Adreno 619 is the latest GPU and is based on smaller lithography.

Energy efficiency and battery life

As the facts are seen by the technical specifications of both the SoCs, the Snapdragon 695 is built on 6nm process technology while on other hand, Snapdragon 680 is also built on 6nm technology. This concludes that both the SoCs are built on the same lithography and have the same performance and energy efficiency output.
