The CPU of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 is clocked at 2.2 GHz, while the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 is only clocked at 2.0 GHz, and both the SoCs same Cortex A77 cores. Because of enhanced overclocking, the snapdragon 695 offers a higher performance improvement and is hence a better alternative than the Snapdragon 690.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 has an Adreno 619 GPU based on 8nm technology, whereas the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 has an Adreno 619L and is also based on 8nm lithography. To be honest, Adreno 619 is a far superior GPU to Adreno 619L.
