CPU of Snapdragon 870 is clocked up to 3.2 GHz while Exynos 2100 is clocked upto 2.9 GHz. However, the Exynos 2100 has latest A-78 cores which gives more performance as compared to A-77 core of SD 870 which makes the Exynos 2100 a better option than Snapdragon 870.

GPU of chipset Exynos 2100 is equipped with Mali-G78 MP14 which is clocked up to 760 MHz while on another side Snapdragon 870 is equipped with Adreno 650 which is clocked up to 645 MHz. So for graphically intensive tasks, Exynos 2100 is better.
Memory
The memory frequency of Exynos 2100 is 3200 MHz with a memory bandwidth of 51.2 Gbit/s while in Snapdragon 870, the frequency is 2750 MHz with only memory bandwidth of 44 Gbit/s. So in this section Exynos 2100 would be a good option.
