CPU of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 Plus is clocked up to 3.1 GHz while Snapdragon 860 is clocked up to 2.96 GHz which makes the Snapdragon 865 Plus a better option than SD 860.

GPU of chipset Snapdragon 865 Plus is equipped with Adreno 650 with 645 MHz while the Snapdragon 860 is equipped with Adreno 640 with 700 MHz. But still, Adreno 650 is slightly better than Adreno 640.
Memory
The maximum frequency of the main memory (RAM) of Snapdragon 865 Plus is 2750 MHz while Snapdragon 860 has a maximum frequency of 2133 MHz. In fact, in Snapdragon 865 Plus, the memory type is LPDDR5 which is energy efficient while Snapdragon 860 comprises LPDDR4x which is less energy efficient as compared to LPDDR5.
Connectivity
In Snapdragon 865 Plus there is an X55 modem while on another hand in Snapdragon 860 there is a dedicated modem in which it offers two options in which either it can be fitted with X24 LTE (4G Modem) or with X50 5G modem. But even with the X50 Modem in Snapdragon 860, it can’t compete with the integrated X55 modem of Snapdragon 865 Plus.
